So confused... another message from Altair:
"Apparently Kime gave us all different passwords, but going out on a limb here, the two words that I know of are "hyroglyphics" and "whozzat". We have a board going too, so if there's any way to get our two groups together, that'd be good."
I've responded by asking him if he was in the group with Krata.
If he says Yes, then Micro can tell us if he's lying or not, which means we can potentially expose a bad guy... two bad guys even, with MundaneSoul.
If he says No, then that means there is potentially (though not for certain) more than one mason group per circuit... which throws all my theories out the window.

Shit, I think there may be more than one mason group per circuit:
Altair wrote again:
"Well, that's weird, and strangely he wasn't given to us as one of our allies. Crimson and Mundane soul are with me, though."
This throws a wrench in the weatheredclown theory, as well as in any attempt by us to figure out who these other groups are, or if it's true.

Just got this from weatheredclown, in response to me asking him if he was networked with Kime (to try and figure out what's going on here):
"I am networked with the major circuit.. which I told infidel, but not you.. which I assume means that you are networked with infidel..
and I was not networked with kime, so I'm not sure exactly how that fits into the puzzle.."

Yeah, you've slipped yet again. Hrmm, what to do now. Looking like WC is probably on another major circuit, and played his hand really badly.

D'oh! =( =( It sounded like the appropriate thing to say. I suck so bad it's almost comedic. =( Almost.
So, if there is more than one circuit, what should we do? Should we move the vote off of him? Or should we keep it on and tell him to have his associates contact one of us with another password?
I'm going to make another thread with a list of supposed, definite, and unknown good guys to help clarify this.

I'm tempted to believe them, actually.
Doesn't this mean we're back to voting for random people, though?

I still don't understand how this password thing was supposed to work. How does everyone having a different password help anything?

Because if Kime tells you and me the same password, I (as a mafia player) just go ahead and message you or VT or whoever with the password and go "lolz I am with Kime's group!"
Different passwords are mandatory, and besides, passwords are fun!
VT, I'd not bring attention to your slipup in the public thread, since WC seems to be wanting to overlook stating the obvious. He's probably telling the truth, given that it now looks like there are multiple groups. I think that all of the village is divied up into different cells, of the various good guy circuits, with the evil Dream Circuit being the mafia.

At the moment, I'm inclined to believe them as well... which is downright frustrating in terms of trying to figure out what's actually going on. =)
Well, what I'm trying to do is, ideally, give ONE password to each mason group. That way two mason groups don't know about each others' passwords (in case one is lying), but we can still determine if someone is telling the truth when they say they are from Mason Group X.
This got confused because apparently Kime started handing out passwords like candy. So now everyone and their mom has a password.

Kime did everything correctly, just fyi.
The reason why WC got outed and Altair didn't is because of how they approached this.

Good point Infidel.
Now, I won't do anything public (does that mean I shouldn't deviate from the current vote, either?)... but should I give a password to Altair and weatheredclown?
I'm tempted to go to everyone and be like "You are now officially 'Major Circuit B'" etc... it's getting really confusing =)
EDIT: The only problem I see with the way Kime did it is that everyone had their own password (which is okay), but no one else but Kime (it seems) knew said passwords (which creates mass confusion... er, at least for me. Maybe it's that Kime's allies have the passwords?).

No point voting for a known good guy. I'm going to rock the bandwagon off of him onto someone we don't know about yet. This is a little annoying.

Sorry Infidel. =( I think we're doing the best I can given the situation! =)
Should I PM weatheredclown and Altair, and let them know what's going down? Or at least give them some way to contact us (password etc...)?
Also, we have to remember that I'll probably die tonight... so however we initiate contact, it has to be in such a way that they can still get into the network after I'm gone. I'm not sure at the moment how to do that. With Altair it'll be easy, since we know who's on his side (one of you can just message them). But for weatheredclown, we don't know who's on his side (so I can give them a password, but they won't know who to send it to when I die).

Actually, scratch that. I'm rereading his PMs and I have no reason to feel sympathy for him atm, but more importantly ALTAIR'S STORY DOES NOT VINDICATE WC.
I am reading what WC was saying to you and me, and it still doesn't make sense even if I assume he is part of a separate Major Circuit.
So he's really hooped himself here, and I'm not so sure I want to fuck around or trust him completely now.
